Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Sengupta, MD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon at Specialty Care Clinic, and has been practicing for more than 40 years. Dr. Ray “Trey” Fulp is an Orthopedic Surgeon born and raised in Oklahoma. After graduating High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Upon his discharge, he attended Oklahoma Central State University for his undergraduate degree. He then attended the Oklahoma State University of Osteopathic Medicine. He then was selected to Harrisburg, PA. Orthopedic Residency Program at the Osteopathic Community Hospital. He has performed fellowships at not only Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children and AO Traveling Spinal Deformity but Texas Back Institute as well where he also served as an attending physician supervising a team of medical students, residents, and fellows. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a highly skilled surgeon in both Orthopedic Spine and Extremities. In the spine, he specializes in deformity, arthritis, disc pathologies, and general pain. In extremities, he specializes in Sports Medicine, General Orthopedics, Trauma, and Pediatrics. He has over 15 years of experience as a trauma surgeon. He is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Dr. Terry Madsen has vast experience as an orthopedic surgeon in arthroscopic knee, shoulder, and ankle surgery. Utilizing the newest minimally invasive sports medicine techniques like stem cells and PRP to optimize outcomes for patients giving them the best results possible. In addition, Dr. Madsen has extensive experience in fracture repair and reconstructive surgeries as well as the ability to perform minimally invasive techniques for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfers elbow, and rotator cuff tears. Dr. Madsen also has extensive experience in primary knee, hip and shoulder replacement and revision knee arthroplasty,
As one of the busiest trauma surgeons in the region, he has extensive experience in fracture repair. In addition, he performs reconstructive surgery of the hip and shoulder and knee replacements utilizing the newest techniques available. When conservative spine treatment and other open procedures are required, he strives to perform the most minimally-invasive techniques for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfers elbow, and rotator cuff tears.
Dr. Madsen attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, well known for its orthopedic department, for his medical school training. He completed his internship with the General Surgery department at the Medical College of Ohio and his orthopedic training at the Medical College of Ohio in their U.S. News “top 40 orthopedic surgery” program. Dr. Madsen has spoken at national meetings and conferences, in addition to providing medical expertise for local and national media including radio and television. He has been selected as one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the United States and as a DFW “Top Doc.”
Furthermore, he has participated in several medical relief missions, including the relief efforts in Haiti, where he traveled with a healthcare team mere days after the devastating earthquakes occurred. Dr. Madsen is the team physician for Richardson Berkner Rams, and has helped the training staffs of Wylie High School, Sasche High School and Canyon Creek High School. He is accepting new patients and takes almost all forms of insurance, including Medicare supplements. Dr. Madsen is also involved with the efforts of local charities such as Dallas Children Charities, Harvest Food Bank, and the Dallas Food bank.
